Carrot Ginger Turmeric Juice: Anti-inflammatory and immune boosting, packed with antioxidants, this freshly made juice is a great way to kick-start the day!
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 granny smith apple or approx. ¼ fresh pineapple
- 2 stalks celery (including the leaves)
- ½ lemon (peeled)
- 1 inch knob fresh ginger root
- 1 inch knob fresh turmeric root (or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
- Pinch of ground pepper
Put all ingredients through a juicer and drink straight away, while it’s fresh and brimming with life.
