You can update your subscription to add different products, or remove them if you no longer take them.

Example

Order two, sent after 3 months, will be $188.

Order three, sent 3 months later, will be $178.

Order four, sent 3 months after that, will be $168, and your 'Best Price Guarantee' has been activated.

In all subsequent subscripton orders, your price will be $168. This will only change if you leave the subscription service.

What if I have capsules left?

No problem, you will be emailed a few days before your products ship and you can choose to delay the delivery by one week, or two weeks. Ensuring you don't have too many bottles at once.

You can cancel anytime, but if you do you'll lose our best price guarantee and the 'Best price guarantee'.  Of course, you can join again and earn your way to the 'best price guarantee' again, but if there has been a price increase in the meantime your new 'best price guarantee' may be different and you may end up paying more.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, we will happily refund your money in full. All we ask is that you please return the product, whether used or unused and/or partially used, along with order details.

Subscription Order Deliveries:

Upon automatic renewal of your subscription, your order will be sent to the email address in your subscription profile.

New Zealand (Domestic) Order Tracking

You will receieve an email from NZ Post when your order leaves our fulfilment centre. Click the link in the email to track, or head to the NZ Post tracking tool and enter your tracking number.

If you want to manage your orders more efficiently, we recommend registering with NZ Post for the following services:

  • Subscribe to email tracking alerts
  • Redirect your parcel to another address
  • Redirect your parcel to an NZ Post Pick Up Point
  • Add special delivery instructions for the courier

International Customs/Duties:

Import/customs duties and taxies may apply to international customers. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if any such costs apply in their country and to pay them as required. Where they do apply, the collection of these costs may delay delivery. About Health is not responsible for any customs duties, taxies or additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

Delivery Methods for International Orders

We deliver worldwide, however the cost of international shipping will depend on the service you choose.

  • Tracked airmail (5-15 business days): The Tracked Airmail service offers basic tracking. This is still an airmail service and does not always require a signature upon delivery. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. This service is only available for parcels under 2kg, and under $250 in value. If your order exceeds these values, we will advise other delivery options available to your country.
  • EMS Courier (5-15 business days): This service offers basic tracking and is delivered between 5-15 working days. It is delivered by you country's EMS carrier. This service will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Express Courier: We use DHL as our express courier service provider worldwide. DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and they require that a contact number is provided for delivery of your parcel. Failure to provide this information may delay your order leaving New Zealand.
    • Please note that DHL requires us to send your order with an invoice, so you may be liable for tax in your country of destination based on your country's regulations. Please check this with DHL or your customs authorities before placing an order.
