We deliver worldwide, with parcels leaving the same day of order. The cost of international shipping will depend on the service you use. The following delivery methods are available for international orders. Tracked Airmail - The Tracked Airmail service offers basic tracking. This is still an airmail service and does not always require a signature upon delivery so may be left in a safe place by your delivery driver. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. This service is only available for parcels under 2 kg, and $250 NZD. If your order is over these values, we will reflect to your all other delivery options available to your country. EMS Courier (5-15 working days) - This service offers your basic tracking. EMS Courier (5-15 working days) is delivered to you by your country’s EMS carrier. This service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. Express Courier - We use DHL as our express courier service provider worldwide. DHL is not able to deliver to PO Boxes and they also require that you provide your phone number for delivery of your parcel. Should your parcel be being sent to a shop, please ensure that you provide the name of this. Failure to provide this information may cause a delay to your order leaving New Zealand. Please note that DHL requires us to send your order with an invoice, so you may be liable for tax in your country of destination based on your country’s regulations. Please check this with DHL or your countries customs authority before placing your order if you are at all worried about this. Packaging
We currently use FoilPaks to send our products, or boxes for larger orders. Our FoilPaks have been shown to keep the temperature in packs much lower and more consistent than any other type of courier bag, both compostable and padded paper.
New Zealand temperatures fluctuate on a daily basis and the inside of a plastic bag or equivalent can rise by as much as 10 to 20 degrees compared to our FoilPaks, affecting the quality of the product that’s coming to you.
We are of course always looking at the new technology available and are constantly working with our supplier to upgrade our bags to more environmentally friendly pack as we can.
