The other issue it that PUFA’s can easily turn into trans fats under high heat which is why canola oil is the worst oil to cook with, with the highest percentage of PUFA’s turning into trans fats. Yet on the other hand, you may not be aware of your Omega Imbalance, but there’s a good chance you have something happening beneath the surface. You could have ‘silent inflammation’.
