Directions
Adults take 2 Lester's Oil, 1 to 2 Res-V Ultimate, 1 Multiva and 1 to 2 Oli-Resist daily with food or as advised by your health professional.

People receiving prescribed blood thinner medication should consult with their doctor before taking this product. Patients with platelet deficiencies or bleeding tendencies should be monitored by a physician while taking this product. Fine to take with low dose aspirin.
