Lester’s Oil Advanced (Gold) is our advanced formula and contains everything that Lester’s Oil contains, but more of the key ingredients as well as the addition of new ingredients. It essentially replaces a whole shelf of a pharmacy in a single supplement.
Element 12 is our multi-magnesium formula with L-theanine that support healthy muscles and a good night's sleep.

Directions
Adults take 2 Lester's Oil Advanced soft gels and 1 to 2 Element 12 vege caps daily with food or as directed by a health professional.
