New Decade, New Resolutions

Hands up all those who made a New Year’s resolution this year! Keep your hands up if you are still sticking to them on week two!  I see a few went down, and surely more hands will go down as the month carries on.

With the change over to 2020, there are many resolutions being made. Unfortunately, many of them aren’t kept as we struggle to integrate these new resolutions into our daily lives, especially when there is so much fun to be had. Between the BBQ’s, the evenings on the porch having a drink or two with friends, through to the heat that discourages us from maintaining the activities we planned on doing, it’s a hard slog for many to keep them.

It’s not all doom and gloom though, there are things that you can integrate into your lifestyle without having to make huge changes.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing when it comes to resolutions, simply being more present, or wanting to look after yourself are great ways to start, and it’s never too late! We have started in the office with trying to reduce our sugar in tea’s and coffee’s.  We’ll keep you up to date with how that works!
