Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, International orders are available ONLY from our website and only by Visa and MasterCard. The ordering process will ask you which country you wish to deliver to, and charge you an additional freight fee accordingly.
Can I pay by direct deposit (internet banking payments)?

I don't have a credit card; can I pay by cheque or money order?
YES, just send your payment to the address below; please make cheques out to About Health. We also accept NZ Post money orders. It is best if you contact us at 0800 999 309 to leave your address details first, but in any case PLEASE don't forget to include your delivery address as well as your phone number and email. Write these on the back of the cheque if possible.

What are your delivery times?
For local (New Zealand) orders placed today please allow approximately 3 working days. Please leave an extra day or two before calling as sometimes courier companies have a slight hiccup. Rural delivery orders usually take a little longer. International order delivery times are variable, Australia 5-7 working days, delivery times to the rest of the world will depend on destination but generally not more that 10 working days.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
About Health stands behind everything we sell. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with one of our products we will happily refund your money in full. Please return all product, unused and/or partially used, and the receipt that will have accompanied your order. We process refunds on the 20th of the month following return of the product (along with our other bills). Please allow a few days after this before calling to enquire to allow for unforeseen delays. In the unlikely event that you received physically damaged product, About Health will also send you a reply paid bag to return the faulty product in and we will ensure replacement product is sent with the highest priority.
